Access Modes
Mechanic Only
Only players with the configured mechanic job can use the tuning system.
Mechanic Hybrid
Mechanics can always use the system. Normal players can access it when no mechanic is currently available.
Player Only
The tuning system is available to every player, regardless of whether mechanics are online.
